Possession of a Controlled Substance Charge Dismissed–Felony

Criminal defense attorney Jameika Mangum represented a client charged with possession of a controlled substance, and other traffic matters. The substance was determined to be crack cocaine. Mangum filed a Motion to Suppress Evidence based on a warrantless search by police officers. After a hearing, the possession of a controlled substance charge was dismissed.
