Prior to joining the McHenry County State’s Attorney’s Office, Mangum worked as an Assistant District Attorney for the State of New Mexico. Mangum handled misdemeanors for the State of New Mexico. Misdemeanors in New Mexico included: Driving While Intoxicated, battery, and more. Mangum is a former Law Clerk of the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office. Mangum assisted assistant district attorneys in the Felony High-Tech Crimes Unit.
